Referral:
A physician’s order for occupational therapy evaluation and treatment is needed for services. Talk with your primary care physician for a referral.

Customized treatment programs for all ages may focus on:
- Motor skills: fine and gross motor
- Sensory interventions: body awareness, tactile interventions, visual-perceptual skills
- ADL/IADL (activities of daily living/ instrumental activities of daily living): dressing, grooming, meal preparation, task organization, home safety
- Cognitive skills: attention, sequencing, problem-solving, executive functioning
- Adaptive equipment: simple to complex (adaptive utensils, home modifications, etc.)
- Strengthening: progressive resistive exercises
- Life and social skills training: focusing on improvement in daily interactions in the natural environment
Services focus on:
- Habilitation: assisting with achieving developmental skills when impairments have caused a delay or initial acquisition of skills has not been achieved.
- Rehabilitation: treatment designed to facilitate the process of recovery from injury, illness or disease to as normal a condition as possible.
- Health and wellness: promotion of healthy living through participation in occupations.
Services Focus On:
