Professional & Personal Background
Esmeralda has extensive experience in mental health and substance abuse disorders. Her expertise lies in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and severe mental illnesses in an outpatient therapy environment. For the past three years, she has been working in community mental health, where she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults. Esmeralda has also served as a mental health professional at Oneida and Langlade County jails in her previous role.
Esmeralda has lived in Wisconsin for the past five years and is still getting accustomed to the winters here as it is different than the winters in Oregon. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends and traveling. Esmeralda loves being outdoors in the warmer months and takes every opportunity to do so.
