The FCP HWC offers a multitude of comprehensive rehabilitation services. Through examinations, diagnosis, prognosis, and intervention, the rehab department will provide services to restore and/ or promote your quality of life. The FCP Rehabilitation department serves clients of all ages. Treatments are one-on-one with your provider. Our rehabilitation staff will also work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to meet all your healthcare needs.
