The Optical Department provides comprehensive direct optometric services, including, but not limited to: vision assessment, eye evaluation, retinal exams, minor eye injury and infection treatment, eye disease prevention and assessments, frame adjustment and repairs, contact lens fittings, and the sale of a variety of hardware, frames, eyeglasses, lenses and contact lens, and low vision aids.

  • Urgent/Emergent Care
  • Diabetic Eye Exams
  • Contact Lenses (fitting/checks with provider, lens application and removal training)

  • Sunglasses (RX Sunglasses available)
  • Transition lenses and anti-reflective coatings
  • Eyeglass adjustments in office are available

  • Routine Eye Exams are recommended every 1-2 years even if you have no concerns.
  • Anti-Reflective coating is an add-on that can be put onto any lens material to help reduce the amount of glare from computer screens, night driving, etc.
  • Patients can be seen at our facility for both the contact lens fitting with the provider and the application/removal training with the technician. Follow-up appointments are provided to help ensure we find the best contact lens fit for you.
  • There are several factors in determining if you are a candidate for LASIK surgery. This includes glasses prescription and corneal thickness, just to name a few. Make an appointment today to determine if you are a good candidate for LASIK surgery.
