  • Fill prescriptions for FCP Tribal Members, Tribal Members of any Tribal affiliation, Employees, Family Members of Employees, Sokaogon Chippewa Tribal Members and Sokaogon Chippewa Employees
  • Mail prescriptions (except controlled substances) to FCP Tribal Members and Employees at no cost
  • Fill medication in 30-day cards for FCP Elders at the Caring Place
  • Fill weekly pill packs for FCP Tribal Members upon request of the individual, physician or Community Health Staff
  • Medication advice to anyone with a question

*Only if Pharmacy is registered with DEA as Collector and has lockable container installed on site to hold Yellow Jugs.

Customers must place Rx-Waste into container directly. Rx-Waste not to be handled by pharmacy staff.

Customers should remove personal information. Drugs should be removed from original containers/packaging before placing in jug (except transdermal patches) Vials and other packaging materials should be kept by customer for proper recycling.
